You really thought you could get rid of me that easy!? You know I have to come and check up on how you and your bundle of joy are doing :) This is when I will come to your home, or you can come to the office if you would prefer. This is a time to do a birth debriefing and an emotional check-in which can be healing, validating, and empowering. I will give you feeding support whether you are nursing, bottle feeding, or doing a combo. I can also help you find a lactation consultant that will suit your needs. We will cover Newborn care such as bathing, swaddling, and comfort techniques. I am also here to help with family support and acclimation, whether its with your partner, older children, or anyone else who may be in your circle. I promise I will put my all into making sure you are confident and at ease when I leave. And remember, I'm always only a call away!
